How do I know if this for me?

If you have dealt with any of the following conditions/issues, then you are likely to benefit from therapy services at Core Health Strategies. If you have questions about your specific condition and the potential benefits of treatment, do not hesitate to contact us through this website or give us a call.

Core Health Strategies does excellent work with new injuries such as ankle sprains, torn muscles, etc.--Ideally, for acute injuries, it is best to be treated within 4 hours of the injury whenever possible!

Fees:
  • OT Visit (50 minutes) - $110

At this time, insurance payments are not accepted. Payment is received in the form of cash, check, or credit card--health care spending cards can be processed as well.

Clothing
For optimal assessment and treatment it is best to wear/bring shorts and a tank top or sports bra (women).
Hydration

It is vital for you to come to your appointment well hydrated.
Drink upwards of 2 quarts of water within the 2 hours before your appointment & limit caffeine/alcohol use within the 24 hours before your appointment!

Exercise

If you were given exercises to complete after your last appointment, be sure that you have been doing these exercises as instructed! Be ready to report to your therapist how the home exercises have been going including any changes you have noticed, especially if there are any new areas of pain.

After scheduling an appointment you will be provided a client intake form. Please complete this paperwork in detail & bring it with you to your initial appointment:
