For optimal assessment and treatment it is best to wear/bring shorts and a tank top or sports bra (women).
It is vital for you to come to your appointment well hydrated.
Drink upwards of 2 quarts of water within the 2 hours before your date & limit caffeine/alcohol use within the 24 hours before your appointment!
If you were given tasks to complete after your last appointment, be sure that you have been doing these exercises as instructed! Be ready to report to your therapist how the home exercises have been going including any changes you have noticed, especially if there are any new areas of pain.
After scheduling an appointment you will be provided a client intake form. Please complete this paperwork in detail & bring it with you to your initial appointment:
