What Is Core Health?

Welcome to my world, a world of whole body revitalization! I’m Mike Anders, the proud owner and operator behind Core Health Strategies. Built on the foundation of a holistic, multi-faceted approach, Core Health Strategies is a unique clinic dedicated to nurturing wellness from within the body. I have been navigating the exciting field of occupational therapy since 1992, deeply invested in helping individuals maximize their healthcare objectives. My clinic deploys a wide array of therapeutic tools and techniques, each intentionally designed to improve your health standing.

My passion for growth led to my certification in Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) in 2009, opening a new chapter in my professional journey. I was equally honored to present four case studies at the prestigious FSM International Symposium in 2009 and 2013. These intricate studies focused on exploring innovative treatment approaches and outcomes for Incomplete Spinal Cord Injuries harnessing the potency of FSM techniques. In 2022, I presented at the Annual Microcurrent Conference a case study about visuo-motor (eye muscle coordination) following vaccine-induced encephalopathy, and in 2023, I shared our advancements in managing Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) pain with FSM.

My quest for knowledge persists as I continue uncovering novel ways to bolster the body’s restoration of function and resolve pain. This commitment led to my latest career milestone in April 2024, when I began teaching my probe technique for retraining eye muscle coordination and how this can play a pivotal role in trauma response recovery. All these efforts are driven by my commitment to enhancing the quality of every life that walks through the doors of Core Health Strategies.
